Global and Diaspora Impact Award 2026
This award is given to a Daystar alumnus who has been working to improve the lives of the next generation of Africans. At the awards night, Daystar University Alumni recognized AGHF’s powerful impact in providing education scholarships to vulnerable refugee and orphaned girls in Africa. Remarking on the long-term positive effects this will have not only on the girls but also on their communities.
See Dr. Grace in Action:
Dr. Grace is constantly fighting for refugee and orphan girls in Africa. She stands firmly behind the belief that every girl deserves a chance to graduate from high school, no matter their race or social circumstances. She works tirelessly to gather funding for the girls on AGHF scholarships. No girl stands alone when she is within the circle of Dr. Grace.
Grateful for her leadership and vision.
Over the past 8 years, Dr. Grace has worked nonstop to build the AGHF family. AGHF is unique as its foundation is a family-model scholarship. This means each girl on scholarship receives more than her school fees paid, but is welcomed into the AGHF family. An AGHF scholarship comes not only with support for her education, but also includes an adult mentor who knows each girl and her personal struggles, a feeling of sisterhood between all the scholarship recipients, and a deep feeling of belonging.
🎉Congratulations to the AGHF Team!
🏆 Dr. Grace was quick to state that this award is not just hers, but belongs to the entire AGHF team! As we all strive together to lift these girls through education and mentorship!
